Potential Partnership with Sanctuary Scotland .
We are pleased to announce that following careful consideration, the Management Committee met on 28 October 2025 and selected Sanctuary Scotland as our preferred partner.
This represents an important milestone in our efforts to secure the best possible future for our tenants and the wider community.
We are now entering the initial stages of discussions with Sanctuary Scotland to explore the details of a potential transfer.
The process is still at an early stage, we will share further information on the proposed timescales and what any transfer might mean for tenants as soon as we are able to.
