We are about to embark on a full tenant satisfaction survey to be carried out by independent research company, Research Resource. You will receive an email inviting you to complete the survey on line. You will receive a survey form in the post, if you'd prefer to respond in that way. A stamped, addressed envelope will be provided so there's no cost to you. Finally, Research Resource will carry out face to face interviews. Please take part in the survey. The more who take part, the more useful the feedback is. There will be a helpline number to Research Resource staff if you want to ask any questions. The survey is confidential. The Association does not know who responds or what they say. We receive a report from Research Resource when the survey has been completed and every tenant will receive a report as well.
